In order for a website to be excelent it needs to have a good homepage. The homepage needs to be attractive and strong eye appeal. It also has to be clear where the user is and it needs to have an index telling where everything is. The navigation panel needs to be easy to find and use. If the navigation is hard to understand users will not want to use the website and the will leave. When using multimedia all of the graphic, audio, and video files need to work. The mulimedia should actually have something to do with the website’s topic. The website’s information needs to be worth visiting. The information is clearly labled and easy to find. It must be up to date and the old information should be discarded. Finally the website needs to have links to other pages with similar information.

West Hills Website Review

The West Hills website is very easy to use. It has quick and general links on the home page to help you navigate through the website. It includes information about upcoming events, the school, academics and athletics. As a student the only thing I think the website could include is all the sports for the whole year instead of only the current sports. I dont find the website as some thing that I would want to look at regularly because the information doesnt seem interesting to me.
