Bad tags are explained in the title. They are tags that are used improperly. Some of the ‘bad tags’ are presentational tags that could potentially be replaced with something meaningful or ultimately with CSS. Others may not only be presentational, but very bulky and hard to use. The collection of “good” HTML tags was designed for a specific reason and when you use them for the right reasons you’ll get better results. Most of the time the bad tags are the ones that are to short and you wouldn’t know what they mean unless you typed it up.

October 3, 2007The technology during the making of War Games was not even close to what we have now. However it was on the right track. Also the databases and computer systems were very easy to break into. You could even use a pay phone without paying by using the metal tab from a coke bottle. The computers did not have colors to type in but just a greenish color used for text. They were so slow that when you were typing a long sentence it would take a while for the computer to catch up with you. The technology has very much improved since then.
