Online Word Processing

Google Docs

Zoho Document

I sent the document from buzzword to your e-mail

My ranking for the online word processing applications was that Google docs was the best, then Zoho, and last was Buzzword. I found that the Google docs application was the best because it was the easiest to use and navigate through. The document was very easy to change back to its original form and I had no problems or difficulty doing this. It was also nice because it closely resembled the normal Word. Zoho was second because it there was a problem when I wanted to remake to table. Other than that it was pretty much the same as Google docs. Zoho was fairly easy to use. The navigation on the top was kind of confusing to use but once I got the hang of it, it was easy. Buzzword was the worst. It was hard to get the table to work. When I tried to do it, it was wrong and confusing to fix. The bullets didn’t work either. They only bulleted the first line and I had to fix the rest on my own. The only thing that I didn’t like about all of them was that they only had a few different fonts.

Chinese Hackers Take Down SportsNetwork

SportsNetwork

Chinese hackers hacked into the sportsnetwork website. Sportsnetwork has been under attack from hackers for about 24 hours. They posted things saying “Tibet was, is and will always be part of China” messages. The site was returned to normal but was hacked again and taken offline. There are engineers trying to put the website back online but some people fear that it will only make the hackers more angry.  The Chinese government might be sponsoring the hacks but it is not for sure. this is relevant to web design because these hackers might do it to other, bigger companies.
